Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device while you use scall.me. Pixels and other identifiers stored in the browser work in a similar way. Some are necessary for the website to work, and we run the rest only with your consent.

2. Types of cookies

  • Essential: remember your choice in the consent banner and protect the website and forms against attacks and bots (WPConsent, Cloudflare). They do not require consent.
  • Statistics: Google Analytics 4 (via Google Site Kit) counts visits and shows how you use the website. Enabled after consent.
  • Marketing: the OpenAI Ads pixel measures whether a visit from an ad in ChatGPT ended in a submission. Once enabled, the Meta pixel and the Google Ads conversion tag also belong to this category. Enabled after consent.
  • Third-party services: the Calendly calendar on the contact page and the MailerLite newsletter form may set their own cookies when you use them.

3. Main cookies

  • wpconsent_preferences: stores your choice in the consent banner, 30 days, essential.
  • _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics 4, distinguish browsers and sessions, 2 years, after consent.
  • __oppref: ad click identifier for ads in ChatGPT (OpenAI), 30 days, after consent.
  • __obref: random browser identifier for conversion measurement (OpenAI), 365 days, after consent.
  • _fbp and _fbc: Meta pixel, 90 days, once the pixel is enabled and after consent.
  • _gcl_au: Google Ads, 90 days, once the tag is enabled and after consent.

4. Google Consent Mode

By default, Google consent signals (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are set to denied. Without consent, Google does not set cookies and may only receive a signal without identifiers, used for aggregated statistical modelling. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

5. Consent and settings

On your first visit we show a consent banner. We enable statistics and marketing cookies only after you consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings on the website.

6. Disabling cookies in your browser

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect some website features.

7. New tools

Before enabling a new advertising or analytics tool (for example TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Advertising UET and Clarity, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Pinterest Tag), we will add it to this policy and to the banner settings. Each of them will work only with your consent.

The website controller is MEDIA DIGITAL BUSINESS L.L.C.-FZ (license number 015913191), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
