AI automation and AI implementation for businesses
We bring AI in where your team loses time on repetitive work: answering inquiries, quotes, booking meetings, reports. We connect it to the email, CRM and messaging tools you already use, and the important decisions stay with a person.

The times show the order of steps, not a promised turnaround. This is how we map every process before we build it.
01 / Use cases
Business process automation with AI starts with a list of repetitive tasks, and only then with technology. Here are 6 areas where that kind of work tends to pile up.
Today Inquiries come in through the form, email and messaging apps. Some wait until tomorrow, some get lost.
After implementation Every inquiry lands in one place. AI drafts the reply and you approve or edit it.
Today The same questions about price, timing and availability, answered from scratch each time.
After implementation Draft replies in your company voice, based on the price list and rules you give us. Unusual cases go to a person.
Today Three messages to agree on a time. The promised call slips your mind.
After implementation The customer picks a slot from your calendar. A promised follow-up becomes a calendar entry with notes for the call.
Today Numbers gathered by hand from several dashboards, usually when someone asks for them.
After implementation A short report arrives by email or messenger at a set time, always from the same sources.
Today Customer details retyped from email into the CRM, and then again into the invoicing tool.
After implementation The contact, note and status are saved automatically. The invoice is built from data already in the system and waits for your review.
Today To check anything, you have to sit down at a computer and log in to several systems.
After implementation You message the assistant like a colleague: what is the status of this client, what is on today, draft a reply. Nothing is sent until you tap to confirm.
02 / Terms
These terms get mixed up a lot. The difference is how much freedom the AI gets and who makes the decision.
A fixed sequence of steps: form, CRM entry, notification. AI does one thing in it, such as summarising a message or writing a draft.
A good fit when the process always looks the same.
Answers questions and prepares content based on your company knowledge: price list, offer, contact history. It acts when you ask it to.
A good fit when your team keeps looking up the same information.
Gets a goal and chooses the steps itself from the tools you give it: it checks, compares and prepares. Before any action with serious consequences it stops and asks a person.
A good fit once the process is documented and proven.
Talks to customers on your website or in a messaging app. It answers from your company knowledge base and hands the conversation to a person when it does not know.
A good fit when customers ask the same things outside working hours too.
We usually recommend starting with an automation that has one AI step. An AI agent is worth adding once the process is clearly working.
03 / Proof
We do not sell what we do not use ourselves. These are the processes that run our agency and our own online stores.
A form submission triggers measurements of the website. AI drafts the audit, a quality check reviews it, and a person approves borderline cases in Telegram.
AI drafts a post from the editorial calendar. A card arrives in Telegram with buttons: publish, revise, reject. Nothing is published without a tap.
A customer answers a few questions and the builder puts together a first draft of their website.
Every day at 8:00 a report from our online stores arrives in Telegram.
A promised follow-up goes into the calendar together with a call brief. Invoices are built from system data and always get a preview before they are issued.
These are our own processes, not client stories. You can try one of them from the customer side: order a free website audit
04 / Implementation
5 steps, in the same order every time.
30 minutes online. You tell us what takes the most time and we pick one process to start with.
We map the steps: where the data comes from, who decides, what should come out at the end. You get a scope and a quote with options.
We connect AI to your email, form, CRM or messaging app. We work on test data.
At first a person approves every reply. We refine the instructions until the output is what you want.
The process runs day to day. You keep the instructions, an activity log and a direct line to us. Further processes are added one at a time.
05 / Options
The price depends on the number of steps and tools to connect, so we show starting prices and give the exact amount after a call. You always get several options, starting with the cheapest.
One AI process
For a company that wants to try AI on one process with the smallest budget.
Inquiries and leads, from first contact to meeting
For a company whose inquiries arrive through several channels and some slip through.
Company assistant, reports and invoicing
For a team that wants an assistant at hand and numbers without manual collection.
Ongoing support and new processes
For a company that wants to keep adding automations with ongoing support.
Prices are negotiable. Payment can be split into an agreed number of instalments under the contract.
Prices include VAT. The starting price covers the simplest scope of each option, and you get the exact amount in the quote after a call.
Tool provider fees (AI model, automation platform, messaging) are paid directly at their rates. You get an estimate of them in the quote.
06 / Questions
Implementing one process in the Start option costs from PLN 1,490, the Sales option from PLN 3,900, Growth from PLN 6,900, and ongoing support in the Expansion option from PLN 990 per month (prices include VAT). The exact amount depends on the number of steps and tools to connect, so we give it in the quote after a 30-minute call. Tool provider fees are separate and an estimate is included in the quote.
With one process that repeats every day and has a clear outcome: a reply to an inquiry, a quote, a report. That is where you quickly see whether AI helps, and where the instructions are easy to refine.
A chatbot holds a conversation and answers from a knowledge base. An AI agent gets a goal and carries out the steps itself in the tools you give it, for example checking CRM data and preparing a quote. The more freedom it has, the more rules and human approval matter.
Only if you decide so. By default AI prepares a draft and a person approves sending. Simple, repetitive messages can be automated over time, once you see the drafts are good.
Before we start we agree in writing which data goes to the AI model, where it is processed and who has access to it. We access your tools by invitation, not by password. The data processing rules are written into the contract.
Email, website forms, calendars, CRMs, invoicing tools, Telegram and WhatsApp. If a tool has an API or a ready integration, it can usually be connected. We check this before quoting.
We work from Warsaw, remotely across Poland. Calls, implementation and training are done online.
On the call we will tell you whether AI makes sense here and prepare a quote with options.
