We are the scall.me team. Since 2018 we have been helping small and medium-sized businesses win customers online: we design websites and stores, rank them in Google and run ad campaigns. We work in Olsztyn and Warsaw, and remotely across Poland.

A team for the whole customer journey online

scall.me guides a business through the whole journey online: from a website or store, through visibility in Google and on maps, to ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. We have been doing this since 2018.

We say it plainly: we do not have an office with a reception desk. We work from Brąswałd near Olsztyn (Dywity municipality), and we meet clients in Olsztyn, in Warsaw or on a video call. We work remotely with businesses from the rest of Poland.

You are talking to the people who do the work, not to a middleman. We also write on our blog about what we implement for clients, as Scallme Editorial Team.

What we do

You can order each service separately or combine them into one plan. You will find the prices on the service pages, before any conversation.

How we work

The same order in every project. Before you pay anything, you know what you will get, when and for how much.

  1. Conversation

    A short call by phone or video. We ask about your industry, customers and goal, so we do not quote blindly.

  2. Audit and quote

    If you already have a website, we start with a free audit. Then you get the price, scope and deadline in writing.

  3. Contract

    Contract and VAT invoice. We start after a deposit and you pay the rest on delivery. Payment can be split into installments.

  4. Access without passwords

    For Google, Meta and hosting we ask for an invitation to our address, never for your password. Changes to a live website start with a backup.

  5. Design and delivery

    We show you the finished version. Two rounds of revisions are included, and after launch you get a 30-day warranty.

  6. Monthly report

    With ongoing cooperation (SEO, maintenance) you get a report by the 10th of the month: what we did, what changed in the numbers and what we do next.

AI helps, people decide

We use AI tools where they speed up the work: data analysis, text drafts, graphics and code. We say so openly, because a client has the right to know how what they pay for is made.

  • Texts, designs and changes on client websites are checked by a team member before delivery.
  • A post on our blog goes out only after a human approves it.
  • Prices, scope and deadlines are set by us, not by a language model.
  • When something is created automatically, like the free website draft from the wizard, we say so plainly in the terms and conditions (section 7).

What data goes to the providers of AI tools is described in our privacy policy.
